4. Character Collection & Progression
All collected creatures, character progress, unlocked abilities, and game achievements are for your personal use. These have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. We reserve the right to maintain game balance through character adjustments and system updates.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain accessible character gaming experiences but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or character additions that temporarily affect availability.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR CHARACTER-FOCUSED GAMES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH A FOCUS ON CREATIVITY AND ENTERTAINMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL CHARACTER FEATURES OR COLLECTION MECHANICS WILL FUNCTION IDENTICALLY ACROSS ALL DEVICES AND BROWSERS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOBOID.XYZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR CHARACTER GAMES OR SERVICES.
8. Character Updates

9. Community Guidelines
We encourage positive engagement with our character universe and respectful discussion within our community. Sharing collection strategies is welcome, but please avoid spoiling major character discoveries for other players.

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Travis County, Texas courts.
